By accessing or using GivesSpark, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
GivesSpark is a B2B platform exclusively available to registered companies and their authorized employees. You must be at least 18 years old and be acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity to create an organizer account.
Organizers may create prize draw campaigns for their employees only. Organizers are responsible for ensuring eligibility rules comply with local labor laws and for obtaining any required internal approvals.
Participants may only enter draws organized by their employer. One entry per person per draw is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Participants must provide accurate information.
GivesSpark uses a cryptographically secure random number generator to determine winners. The result is final, tamper-proof, and cannot be influenced by GivesSpark staff or organizers once a draw is closed. An audit certificate is generated for every draw.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase for annual plans if no draws have been conducted. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
GivesSpark's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 3 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for prizes not delivered by organizers or for any indirect damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after 30 days of notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
